This project is part of an ongoing investigation into real estate developments that reveal discrepancies between design ideology and built reality across distinct site-specific conditions. 432 Park Avenue, 161 Maiden Lane, and Nakagin Capsule Tower are presented here as three selected case studies within this broader inquiry. Through a series of drawings, the project proposes interventions that address existing issues, with the exception of the demolished Nakagin Capsule Tower, while also reimagining these structures as hybrid environments of amusement park and casino. This transformation highlights a parallel between the commodification of real estate and commercial architectures designed to sustain continuous transactional value.
